Lufthansa Group and the UFO labor union have reached an agreement on a labor contract for approximately 19,000 cabin crew members.
Over the next three years, wages will be increased in stages by 16.5%, in addition to implementing a €3,000 inflation compensation. Furthermore, purser allowances will be raised to a maximum of €800, holiday allowances to €1,250, and foreign language allowances to €65. The agreement will remain valid until at least the end of 2026.
