AirAsia has resumed its flights between Penang and both Kuching and Kota Kinabalu starting March 31.
The airline will operate one round trip per day for each route, using the Airbus A320 aircraft.
This resumption aims to enhance connectivity with domestic flights in Malaysia and strengthen the hubs in East Malaysia. The occupancy rate of the first flight to Kuching exceeded 80%.
