Qantas Airlines will operate its direct Perth to London flights as flights with a stopover.
Starting April 12, the direct flight QF9 from Perth will be suspended, and as an alternative, the QR209 flight via Singapore will be set up. The aircraft used will be the Boeing 787-9.
This change is due to the worsening situation in the Middle East. Typically, the flight crosses airspace over Iraq and Syria.
