Due to operational issues caused by bad weather, Emirates has suspended the acceptance of passengers from Dubai.
The suspension is scheduled from 8 a.m. local time until midnight, during which only transit passengers will be allowed. Many flights are affected by delays.
In Dubai, heavy rain on April 16th local time caused flooding at the airport and surrounding roads. Some flights were canceled, and others had to change destinations.
Dubai International Airport is advising people not to head to the airport except when necessary due to ongoing flight delays and more, and to confirm the latest information with their airline.
