Club Tourism has announced that it will not be offering the second phase of the ‘Hokuriku Support Discount’.
The second phase was set to cover accommodations from May 7 to July 21 in Ishikawa Prefecture. The prefecture announced this on April 18, with sales scheduled to start sequentially from today, April 19.
The ‘Hokuriku Support Discount’ is a travel support initiative targeting Fukui, Ishikawa, Toyama, and Niigata Prefectures, which suffered damage from the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. The discount rate is equivalent to 50% of the travel cost. The maximum discount is 20,000 yen for single-night stays and travel with transportation, 30,000 yen for stays of two nights or more with transportation, and 35,000 yen for touring trips staying in two or more prefectures. Domestic travelers and visitors to Japan are eligible, excluding business-related travel and accommodations or bookings made before the start of the offer.
