All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Air India will start code-sharing from May 23.
The routes covered by this agreement include ANA-operated Tokyo/Haneda to Delhi and Tokyo/Narita to Mumbai routes, as well as Air India’s Tokyo/Narita to Delhi route. There are plans to progressively expand the scope of routes covered by this arrangement. Ticket sales began on April 23.
Both airlines are members of the Star Alliance, and passengers have already been able to accrue miles, exchange them for award tickets, and enjoy benefits such as lounge access and priority boarding for elite members.
