Toyoko Inn conducted a groundbreaking ceremony on April 23 for the construction of the (tentatively named) Kochi Ohashi-Dori Building.
Scheduled to open in February 2026 as the first Toyoko INN in Kochi Prefecture, this will mark the completion of Toyoko INN’s expansion into all 47 prefectures nationwide. The building will have 14 floors above ground, offering 209 rooms in 7 types including singles, doubles, and twins. A breakfast venue will be set up on the top floor, designed with a view of Kochi Castle in mind.
The location is about a 25-minute walk from JR Tosa Line’s Kochi Station, immediately near the Tosa Electric Railway Ohashi-Dori tram stop.
