This is a rebranding of the former Loisir Terrace & Villas Kouri. The resort is a complex featuring two accommodation facilities ‘Pool Villa Kouri Island by Cordeio Smart Resort’ and ‘Private Condo Kouri Island by Cordeio Smart Resort’, along with a restaurant, bar, shops, and a chapel.
Pool Villa Kouri Island by Cordeio Smart Resort features a total of 14 guest rooms, all with terraces directly connected to an infinity pool and a Jacuzzi bath, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Private Condo Kouri Island by Cordeio Smart Resort offers a total of 30 rooms in 2 types. The maisonette type accommodates up to 7 people and includes concept rooms such as a family room and a BBQ room. The terrace type, with all rooms boasting an ocean view, accommodates up to 8 guests.
