REVOLUT TECHNOLOGIES JAPAN, the company behind the next-generation financial app “Revolut”, is launching a campaign to give a 5% cashback on transactions.
From April 27 to May 12, anyone who spends a total of 10,000 yen or more with a Revolut card will receive 5% cashback. The campaign covers both domestic and international in-store and online payments, as well as card payments made through payment services. Payments for prepaid or gift cards, exchanges or purchases of cash equivalents or substitutes, and gambling expenses are not eligible.
There are cashback limits depending on the plan, with the Standard plan capped at 1,000 yen, the Premium plan at 1,500 yen, and the Metal plan at 2,000 yen. The total campaign amount is set at 3 million yen and will end once this limit is reached. Cashback will be granted in yen by June 30.
Revolut is a fintech company founded in July 2015 in the United Kingdom. It issues multi-currency debit cards known for their low foreign exchange spreads and allows easy money transfers between members.
