Yokohama Royal Park Hotel is hosting the Sky Buffet ‘Delicious Kanagawa Fair’ from April 27 to June 30.
The buffet features dishes using Kanagawa prefecture’s ingredients such as roast beef with miso sauce using Yokohama’s ‘Kanejo miso,’ stuffed buns with Kanagawa brand pork Yamayuri pork, rare katsu of Misaki tuna, panna cotta and grape sherbet made with 100% Kanagawa prefecture-produced fresh milk, and fish & chips made with Yokohama beer. Seasonings include honey harvested in Yokohama City and Yokohama beer.
The venue is the 70th floor Sky Lounge ‘Sirius’. The buffet is available from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (until 2 PM on Saturdays and holidays). Prices are from 5,500 yen for adults, 3,800 yen for elementary school students, and 1,800 yen for infants, including tax and service charges.
