ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort has opened ‘PST OKINAWA by the sea’ on April 22.
This is the first Okinawa outlet of ‘PST-Pizza Studio Tamaki’, a pizzeria in Roppongi, Tokyo, which has received a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide and is run by Okinawa-born pizza artisan, Tsubasa Tamaki.
Located in the beach area adjacent to Manza Beach, it features indoor seating with a dedicated iron wood-fired oven as well as outdoor garden seating that allows guests to enjoy the sea breeze. The menu offers not only PST’s proud pizzas but also appetizers using local ingredients, homemade desserts, and drinks that complement the food, such as wine. Takeout finger foods that can be enjoyed while swimming at the beach and barbecue services utilizing the garden seats are also planned.
Operating hours are from 12:30 pm to 2 pm for lunchtime, and from 5 pm to 11 pm for dinnertime. During peak seasons, the restaurant plans to operate continuously from noon to 11 pm.
