The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka will offer a “Cherry Afternoon Tea” from May 1st to June 30th.
The tea includes sweets and savories made with domestic cherries and American cherries, served on both three-tiered and tree-shaped stands. Offerings include “Cherry Mousse”, “Cherry Tart” using bite-sized tarts filled with domestic cherries, “Cream Soda”, as well as “Falscher Hase” wrapping pork mince in cabbage, “Smörgåsbord of Shrimp and Egg” among other items inspired by the fresh greenery of spring. The tree-shaped stand is decorated with desserts that recall cherry trees.
The location is on the 33rd floor at Smoke & Spin. The tea is available in three sessions: at 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:00 PM. The price is 6,800 yen, including tax and service charge.
