Hotel City Osaka Tennoji will be offering ‘Afternoon Tea – Early in summer’ from May 1st to June 30th.
The menu features items such as apple mousse, a petit gateau Shimaenaga modeled after two types of peaches blended together, served with light cheese mousse and a citrus marriage to evoke the image of a polar bear. Savory dishes include corn blancmange using summer vegetables like corn and tomato, and marinated sea bream with caviar, wrapped in a veil of tomato. These are served on an original stand made from Yoshino cedar.
The location is on the first floor lobby lounge. The price is 5,000 yen (tax and service charge included).
