Misawa Homes will open “(Tentative) KOKO HOTEL Naha Maeshima” in March 2027, with construction having begun on January 15.
The building will be an 18-story structure with 132 rooms. It offers convenient access to Naha Airport and is located near Tomari Port, making it an ideal location for tourists. The hotel plans rooms capable of accommodating large groups with the anticipation of foreign tourists, including some rooms equipped with a kitchen pantry to provide a more comfortable stay. Polaris Holdings will be in charge of the operation.
Access is approximately an 8-minute walk from Miebashi Station on the Okinawa Urban Monorail.
