Tanegashima Style has opened the container hotel ’58 Village Tanegashima’ on April 18.
It utilizes the know-how of constructing container hotels developed during the reconstruction projects following the Great East Japan Earthquake. The hotel has a total of 99 rooms, equipped with refrigerators, storage racks, and beds with safes. The facility includes free laundry, free parking, and entertainment facilities. Meals are available for breakfast at 700 yen, lunch (box lunch) at 600 yen, and dinner at 1,000 yen.
To celebrate the opening, a campaign limited to 58 rooms is being conducted. During the campaign, the accommodation rates are 174,000 yen per month (5,800 yen per day) for an annual contract plan, 204,000 yen per month (6,800 yen per day) for a monthly plan, and 7,800 yen per night for a short stay, after a discount of 1,000 yen. All offers are available until June 30.
The access is about a 5-minute drive from Nishinoomote Port.
