
Qatar Airways to Operate Relief Flight to Doha on March 8
VietJet Air has approved its annual business plan for the fiscal year 2024 at the shareholders’ meeting.
The airline aims for an air transport revenue of $2.32 billion (a 10% increase from the previous year), consolidated revenue of $2.57 billion (a 12.4% increase), operating flights at 142,000, and targeting over 27.4 million passengers.
In the first quarter (January to March 2024), the air transport revenue was $710 million (a 38% increase compared to the same period last year), and the net profit after taxes was $20.5 million (a 209% increase). Approximately 34,500 flights were operated, serving over 6.3 million passengers. The average seat occupancy rate was 87%.
