Daiwa House Realty Management has announced the reopening of the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Wakayama on April 19th after renovation.
The building is 20 stories high and offers a total of 219 rooms across 12 types. The newly introduced Family Force Rooms, which are created by combining some of the rooms, are located on the top floor and offer a panoramic view of Wakayama Castle. The Castle Suite Rooms and Junior Suite Rooms are now equipped with a washer dryer and microwave to accommodate long stays.
The exterior of the commercial facility Montigle Daiwa Roynet Hotel Wakayama, as well as the interior of the commercial areas, wedding hall, and restaurant, have also been renovated. To celebrate the reopening, the restaurant will host a “Lunch Buffet & Berry Sweets Buffet” and a “Dinner Buffet & Berry Sweets Buffet.”
