Hotel Vischio Toyama will renew its breakfast from June 1.
The buffet will include “Toyama Sushi Kai Toyama,” featuring fresh seafood directly from the fishing harbors of Toyama Bay, tart flambé with shiroebi (white shrimp), traditional dishes such as Gokayama tofu and kobai stew, and more. The theme “Sushi × Toyama’s traditional crafts” highlights the use of aluminum cast ware produced with the Takaoka copperware techniques from Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, for serving sushi.
The price is 3,200 yen. For a room with breakfast included, rates start at 9,700 yen per person (including tax) based on double occupancy. The venue is the Vischio Garden on the 4th floor, and breakfast is available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with last entry at 9:30 AM.
