Emirates Airlines has revealed nine cities that will be operated by the Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
The service will begin with one round trip per day to Bahrain starting on September 15, which will increase to two round trips per day from November 1. From September 16 to Kuwait, from October 27 to Mumbai & Ahmedabad, from November 4 to Edinburgh, from December 1 to Muscat, Lyon, Bologna, and from January 1, 2025, to Colombo.
Out of the Airbus A350-900 aircraft, the first ten to be introduced by the end of March 2025 are outfitted with 32 seats in Business Class, 21 seats in Premium Economy, and 259 seats in Economy Class, totalling 312 seats. Emirates Airlines has ordered 65 Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
This marks the first introduction of Premium Economy class on Middle Eastern routes and will cover 42 cities by February 2025.
