Hong Kong Express Airways has expanded its fare categories from two to four.
The new fare categories are ‘Ultra Lite,’ ‘Lite,’ ‘Essential,’ and ‘Max.’
For all fares, carry-on baggage is limited to within 7kg, and only Ultra Lite and Essential allow a small personal item. Checked baggage includes one piece up to 20kg for Essential and up to 32kg for Max.
Seat selection is included only with Max, allowing for the free choice of ‘Standard Seats’. Changes are possible up to 48 hours before departure for a fee of 580 Hong Kong dollars, plus any difference in fare.
Hong Kong Express operates solely on short-haul routes within Asia with flight times under five hours, catering to a variety of needs. The introduction of diverse fare options means those who prefer traveling light can enjoy affordable rates, with the option to purchase additional services as needed.
