The Westin Rusutsu Resort Hosts Spring Fair Until June 30

The Westin Rusutsu Resort is hosting a “Spring Fair” until June 30.

Hokkaido strawberries, in season through late May, will be featured, with the dinner buffet offering dishes like “Strawberry Gazpacho with Homemade Ricotta Cheese,” “Strawberry and Mozzarella Salad,” and the traditional French dessert “Strawberry Clafoutis.” The “Afternoon Tea Set” in May (3,000 yen) will also focus on strawberry-based sweets, including a “Strawberry Parfait” (2,400 yen) for sale.

Hokkaido asparagus will be available until late June. The dinner buffet will serve freshly boiled asparagus. Limited-time lunch menu items, including “White Asparagus Meunière” (2,800 yen) and “Asparagus and Rusutsu Highland Pork Linguine” (2,200 yen), will also be available.

The location is at the first floor “All Day Dining Atrium.” Serving times vary depending on the menu.
