Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu is offering its ‘Suzan Afternoon Tea,’ themed after fresh spring greenery, from May 8 to June 28 on weekdays only.
The menu features sweets based on refreshing green tones and savory Chinese dishes with innovative ideas woven into traditional flavors. Examples include seven types of sweets such as pudding with Hokkaido fresh cream and haskap sauce, macaron pistachio, and almond tofu; and seven types of savory items like gratin burger ~The taste of Hokkaido~, today’s dim sum. Drinks include a total of 11 types such as Chinese tea, black tea, and coffee offered on a free-flow basis. Optional menus include mini mapo rice bowl, mini dan dan noodles, and today’s shark fin soup.
The location is on the 3rd floor at Suzan Restaurant Chen. It’s available on weekdays (except every other Tuesday) for two hours starting from 1 PM. Prices start from 5,200 yen, with each optional menu item costing an additional 650 yen. All prices include service charge and tax.
