Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu will be offering a limited-time ‘Hokkaido Afternoon Tea’ from April 26 to July 18.
The menu includes ‘Hokkaido Cream Pudding with Haskap Sauce’, ‘Choux Cream with Fresh Caramel’, ‘Tiramisu’ made with roasted soybeans from Teshikaga known as Mashu Coffee, and ‘Raisin Sandwich with Hokkaido Toiyotomi Butter’. For savory items, offerings include ‘Corn Soup you can eat’, ‘Beignets’ with legs of snow crab, and ‘Tartare’ with salmon and salmon roe.
Located on the 2nd floor Lounge Sommerhaus. Available in two-hour slots starting at noon and 2:30 PM. Prices start from 6,800 yen, tax and service charge included. Available in limited quantities.
