Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project Launches ‘Dog Friendly Rooms’
The Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project has started selling “Dog Friendly Rooms” where you can stay with your beloved dog from May 1 at two hotels located in Okayama Hiruzen Plateau and Hiroshima Sera.
“Dog Friendly Rooms” are available in both King and Twin sizes, each 25 square meters. In addition to amenities for dogs, these rooms are equipped with pet beds from Ambient Lounge Japan, made with Japanese low-rebound urethane, urethane foam, and beads.
To celebrate the launch of “Dog Friendly Rooms,” the first 50 guests at Okayama Hiruzen Plateau will receive free admission tickets to the Hiruzen Herb Garden Herbill, and in Hiroshima Sera, guests can choose a gift of boar or deer jerky from the local natural game meat shop “Iwata-ya.”
Prices start from 20,570 yen per room, including tax and service charge, with a restriction of up to one medium-sized dog (up to 15kg). The project plans to gradually introduce this offer in additional locations such as Kagoshima Tarumizu Sakurajima and Okayama Tsuyama, with an aim to expand the number of participating hotels.
