Tachikawa Bus will be suspending some services on the Haneda Airport line from April 25 and all services on the Gotemba line from April 27 for the time being. This is due to a shortage of drivers and to comply with the revisions of the Improvement Standards Notification, as well as to maintain essential local bus routes.
The Haneda Airport line is operated jointly with Keikyu Bus, connecting Akishima, Tachikawa, Kunitachi, and Yahiro with Haneda Airport. The number of services arriving at Haneda Airport will be reduced from 15 to 9 per day, and those departing Haneda Airport will be reduced from 22 to 13 per day, with all services operated by Keikyu Bus. Some services will also be suspended on certain sections. The one-way fare is 1,800 yen for adults and 900 yen for children.
The Gotemba line, connecting Tachikawa and Yagawa with Gotemba, operated only one round trip on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
