Emirates and Avianca have started their code-share partnership.
Under this agreement, Emirates’ flight numbers will be placed on Avianca’s flights operating between Madrid to Bogota, Medellin, Cali, and between Barcelona/London Heathrow to Bogota. This will enable access to three Colombian cities. Additionally, Avianca’s flight numbers will be placed on Emirates’ flights operating from Barcelona, Madrid, and London Heathrow to Dubai.
The airlines are offering seamless connections and through baggage handling, with ticket sales already underway. The service will commence on June 4.
