Star Flyer plans to lease up to five Airbus A320neo aircraft.
The airline is expected to sign a contract with ANA Holdings in August, following a resolution by its board of directors. Three of the aircraft are confirmed orders while the remaining two are options.
The purpose of this acquisition is to update the existing fleet, with one aircraft being introduced in October 2026, November 2027, and February 2028, respectively. The lease term for these aircraft is expected to be 12 years.
