Hilton Tokyo will start selling nighttime parfaits from June 14.
The lineup includes “Night Chocolat” (2,800 yen), which is crème Brule of dark chocolate with additions like cocoa pulp jelly, chocolate ice cream, and coffee jelly, “Melba Dream” (2,400 yen), which uses about half a fresh peach, “Japanese Garden” (2,400 yen), which is a white chocolate mousse with Saikyo miso added, topped with black sugar jelly, matcha ice cream, and berries, and “Mango Bouquet” (2,000 yen), which combines fresh mango, mango ice cream, and panna cotta with coconut yogurt. Prices include service charge and tax.
The parfaits are available at the 1st floor “St. George Bar” from 6 p.m. to midnight (until 1 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays), and at the 2nd floor “Bar & Lounge ZATTA” from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (until midnight on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays).
