Hotel Nikko Fukuoka will be selling the ‘Summer Color Cold Noodles Dim Sum – Summer Premium Dim Sum Lunch Course –’ from June 1st to July 31st.
The main dishes include four types of dim sum: chicken shumai with perilla leaves, curry spring rolls with zucchini, steamed shrimp dumplings with edamame, and baked pies with eggplant and tomato, all themed around ‘summer’ and using summer vegetables. Other items such as summer color tomato cold noodles, shark fin soup with sea lettuce, and Chinese tea are also available to enjoy.
The venue is the Chinese cuisine “Kourou” on the second floor. Available for use from 2 persons and upwards, serving times are from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The price is 5,000 yen, tax and service charge included.
