
Waldorf Astoria Osaka to Open on April 3, 2025
Hotel Metropolitan Nagano will start offering a 16-dish vegan dinner course named ‘Kouka Saisai’ from June 1.
The menu is catered to vegetarians and vegans, featuring dishes such as ‘Yuba sandwich fry with spicy soy sauce steamed bun,’ a four-layered yuba (tofu skin) dish with pickled mustard greens, almonds, fried onions, shiitake mushrooms, and green onions; ‘Sichuan pickles’; ‘Vegetarian duck with yuba and truffle flavor’; ‘Tofu balls in Sichuan style sauce’; and ‘Vegetable dumplings with drooling sauce’.
The venue is the Chinese restaurant ‘Kouka’. The dinner course is available from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The price is 8,000 yen per person, including tax and service charges.
