Hotel New Grand will be selling mango-based sweets from June 1 to 30.
The “Mango Parfait” (2,530 yen) is topped with a macaron resembling a straw hat and decorated with sliced mangoes arranged like a large flower. It contains vanilla ice cream, coconut mousse, mango cream, and mango sauce. The “Miyazaki Mango Shortcake” (1,012 yen) is a shortcake generously filled with mangoes from Miyazaki Prefecture, placed between the top and the sponge cake.
The location is on the first floor of the main building at “Coffee House The Café”. Prices include service charges and tax.
