The Capitol Hotel Tokyu will offer summer limited menus from June 1 to August 31.
At the Chinese restaurant “Seikaoka,” Seikaoka cold noodles will be available on weekdays from June to August, and Mango shaved ice will be provided on weekdays in July and August. Two types of Seikaoka cold noodles will be prepared: “Assorted chilled soba with sesame sauce” and “Cold soup with shrimp, leek, and minced meat flavored with salt.” Mango shaved ice features Miyazaki mango puree and natural water from Shinshu topped with fresh mango. The noodles are available from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm (last order), while Mango shaved ice also offered from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm (last order). Prices are 3,668 yen for a single serving of Seikaoka cold noodles, 4,806 yen for a set, and 3,289 yen for the Mango shaved ice.
At the all-day dining “ORIGAMI,” a summer refreshing lunch along with Pineapple parfait and Mango and orange parfait will be offered. The summer refreshing lunch includes “ORIGAMI cold noodles” with seafood like abalone and summer vegetables, Capellini with Amela tomatoes and basil, and cold carbonara. The summer refreshing lunch will be available from June to August, the Pineapple parfait in June, and the Mango and orange parfait in July and August. The timings are from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm (last order) for the summer refreshing lunch and until 9:30 pm (last order) for the parfaits. Each summer refreshing lunch is priced at 3,921 yen, and the parfaits at 2,530 yen each.
At the Japanese restaurant “Suiren,” Unagi Gozen will be offered in July. This set includes Kanto-style grilled eel from Kagoshima prefecture, steamed to perfection and finished with homemade sauce, three types of appetizers, eel zakushi, seasonal sashimi, a simmered dish, and a dessert. It’s available from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm (last order), priced at 18,975 yen.
“The Capitol Bar” will offer Seasonal Mojitos, including Peach Champagne Mojito and Double Mint Mojito, using mint from a local herb farm that won the Grand Prize at the Japanese Agriculture Award. Available in July and August from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm (last order). The Peach Champagne Mojito is priced at 3,668 yen and the Double Mint Mojito at 2,783 yen, including service charge and tax.
