The Sunshine City Prince Hotel will be holding a “Matcha Sweets Buffet” from June 1 to June 30.
A total of 20 sweets made with three types of matcha, hojicha, genmaicha, and black tea will be prepared. The matchas used include Kyoto Uji matcha, Aichi Prefecture Nishio matcha, and Saitama Prefecture Sayama tea, allowing for a comparison tasting with matcha mousse. In addition to pork sauté using domestic pork fed with green tea leaves, known as “green tea pork,” the buffet will offer dishes such as summer vegetable meat sauce pizza and grilled rice balls.
The location is at the 1st floor Cafe & Dining “Chef’s Palette”. Service hours are from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, and three sessions on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays starting from 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 5:30 PM, each lasting for 120 minutes. The price is 4,500 yen on weekdays and 5,000 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. There are also prices for children (elementary school students & ages 4-6). Service charge is extra; tax included.
