The Westin Miyako Kyoto will host a ‘Taiwanese Buffet’ from June 1st to 30th.
The menu includes Taiwanese burger (pork belly with pickled mustard greens), minced pork rice, fried chicken, sour and spicy white meat with pickled vegetables pot, dried tofu, and more. For lunch, there are offerings such as deep-fried eggplant with angelica and hot chili oil, three-color eggs, while dinner features pork shabu-shabu with Sichuan vegetable, glutinous rice with eight treasures wrapped in corn and lotus leaves. Desserts include mung bean and coconut herbal pudding, mango shortcake, pineapple cake, and wood ear mushroom jelly.
Located on the 2nd floor at the All Day Dining “Rakusora”, the buffet is available from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM for weekday lunches and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for weekday dinners. Timings differ on weekends and holidays. Prices start at 6,000 yen for lunch and 8,000 yen for dinner. Infants eat for free, and the adult price includes a fee for one elementary school child. Prices include tax and service charges.
