Hyatt Regency Yokohama is offering a summer seasonal menu from June 1 to August 31.
At the buffet dining ‘Harbor Kitchen’, as the second part of the ‘Gourmet Journey Around the World’, about 60 types of North and South American dishes are prepared. The menu includes Colby Jack, California roll, clam chowder, roasted BBQ-style salmon, tortilla, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, carbonada, New York cheesecake, etc. On weekends and public holidays, upgrade menus such as pork tomahawk and angel food cake are available.
The availability is from noon to 2:30 PM, for a 2-hour duration. The price on weekdays is 5,200 yen, and on weekends, public holidays, and from August 13 to 16, it’s 5,800 yen. Children under 12 are half price, and one child under 5 per adult is free. All prices include tax.
At ‘MILANO|GRILL’, the ‘Summer Signature Course Scala’ is offered. The menu includes seafood platter, beef cheek en croute with corn sauce, beef tongue and hamo (pike conger) with moringa and consommé soup, grilled Saga beef sirloin, white peach with Earl Grey and raspberry, etc.
Available hours are lunch from noon to 3 PM, and dinner from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, with last orders taken 1 hour before closing. The price is 16,000 yen, service charge and tax included.
