
Hilton to Expand ‘NoMad’ in Asia Pacific, Opening in Singapore by 2027
Suiran, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kyoto, is offering ‘Hassui Matcha Shaved Ice’ from June 8 to September 30.
Using a blend of ‘Samidori’ and ‘Yabukita’ teas from Joyo and Wazuka in Kyoto, respectively, to create the original matcha ‘Yamakaze,’ and pure ice made from deep natural water in Nagano, the dessert features jade mochi made with kudzu, mascarpone cheese, and sweet bean paste from the Kyoto-based traditional confectionery shop ‘Kameya Yoshinaga.’ Condiments include finely ground tea leaves and salted kelp.
The location is Saryo Hassui. Offered from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The price is 3,800 yen (including a drink), with service charge and tax included.
