IBEX Airlines is refreshing the design of its ‘Musubimaru Jet’ and will start operations on June 29.
The new design, which marks the third generation, carries the catchphrase ‘Pick Your Miyagi,’ aiming to create an experience that showcases Miyagi Prefecture from inside and outside the plane. This includes a complete redesign of the aircraft, a special feature in the in-flight magazine, and numerous in-flight placements of Sendai/Miyagi’s PR character, ‘Musubimaru.’
A commemorative launch ceremony will be held at Sendai Airport on June 29, where the new design will be unveiled. The first flight is scheduled as the Sendai to Hiroshima IBX41 flight.
