Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba will be offering ‘Shinshu Blessings Dinner -Summer-‘ from June 1 to July 19.
They have prepared three types of dinner courses that focus on local ingredients unique to Hakuba’s summer. Sample menu items include marinated Shinshu snow trout from Hakuba Village, cold potato soup, and a mini parfait of strawberries and blueberries from Hakuba Village. Main dishes vary by course. LAVAROCK provides a combo plate of BBQ bone-in pork and escalope of seabass with lemon flavor, accompanied by summer grilled vegetables. At TASTE, in addition to fish dishes, Shinshu premium beef fillet wrapped in rock salt pastry is served, carved right before your eyes.
The location is the restaurant ‘Dining & Bar LAVAROCK’. The serving time is from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last order at 9:00 PM). The prices are ¥8,500 for LAVAROCK, ¥11,000 for PRESTIGE, and ¥14,550 for TASTE, all inclusive of service charge and tax.
