Rakuten Travel is holding a campaign that offers up to 10,000 points for the first time use of each service, until June 28 at 9:59 AM.
By registering and within the target period, domestic lodging grants 1,500 points, flight + lodging combinations grant 3,000 points, car rentals are awarded 1,000 points, buses 500 points, and overseas stays 5,000 points in regular points each. Rakuten Mobile subscribers will have their points doubled. The travel period runs from May 31 through August 31.
The eligible spending for each service, including tax, is as follows: domestic lodging over 7,500 yen, ANA & JAL flight + lodging combinations over 15,000 yen, car rentals over 5,000 yen, buses over 2,500 yen, and overseas hotels, tours, and flights over 20,000 yen.
For lodging, the check-in and check-out dates; for flights & tours, the departure and arrival dates; for car rentals, the pick-up and return dates; and for buses, the boarding date must all fall within the travel period. Also, entries after booking are ineligible.
