TKP has acquired two hotels from APA Hotel in Hokkaido and concluded a franchise agreement.
The acquisitions are APA Hotel and APA Hotel, both of which will start their operations on August 1.
APA Hotel has 222 rooms, a restaurant, and a banquet hall. It is located about a 2-minute walk from Obihiro Station, in the center of Obihiro City.
APA Hotel features 143 rooms suitable for accommodating large groups and a restaurant. It is located approximately a 4-minute walk from Hakodate Station, close to the Hakodate Morning Market, making it ideal for both tourism and business purposes.
TKP aims to expand its lodging services as the second pillar of its business by opening 10 hotels over the next three years until February 2026. This will increase the number of APA Hotel franchises, including those under construction, to 14 hotels, bringing the total to 28 hotels.
