Hotel Indigo Inuyama Yuran Garden will offer ‘Strawberry Afternoon Tea’ from July 1 to September 30.
The sweets are made using “Hakoiri Hime,” a type of delicious strawberry available 365 days a year, produced by Meitetsu Kyoshin. The menu includes homemade sponge cake with orange liqueur syrup and mildly sweet whipped cream called ‘Princess’s First Love Shortcake,’ strawberry panna cotta topped with lemon jelly named ‘Cool Princess’s Strawberry Panna Cotta,’ and a light pink roll cake with strawberry-flavored cream dubbed ‘Princess’s Strawberry Jewelry Roll.’ For savories, dishes such as ‘Princess’s Friend Strawberry and Tomato Capellini’ with the flavors of clams and sweet shrimp, ‘Strawberry and Watermelon Coupling Pinchos,’ and ‘Fresh Strawberry & Fruit Jelly Tree’ featuring Japanese strawberries and strawberry puree jelly are prepared.
The venue is the ‘Indigo Home Kitchen Kurumayama Teru’ restaurant. It is available from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. The price is 7,000 yen, including tax and service charge.
