
Tokyo Midtown Hosts ‘MIDTOWN BLOSSOM 2025’ Until April 13
Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka announces the launch of ‘Dassai Butter Sand’ starting June 20.
This is a product of collaboration with Asahi Shuzo. It’s an original butter sandwich using the shochu made from the distillation of the sake lees of the pure rice daiginjo ‘Dassai’. The buttercream and a jelly made with ‘Dassai Shochu’ are sandwiched between sablé cookies.
The product will be available at the Cafe & Gourmet Shop “Cafe Belle” located on the mezzanine floor. The price is 1,000 yen (tax included) for two pieces.
