J-AIR is to offer a limited-time service, “J-AIR Unlimited Video Streaming”, allowing passengers to enjoy video streaming onboard.
This initiative celebrates the completion of in-flight internet installation on all 14 Embraer E190 aircraft by July 11th.
In collaboration with Intelsa, providing satellite communication services, from July 12th to September 30th, passengers will be able to use video streaming services for free onboard. This marks the first time a domestic airline in Japan offers in-flight video streaming services.
The JAL Group is planning to enhance in-flight Wi-Fi by offering high-speed communication on domestic flights and free Wi-Fi on international flights.
