Hyatt has launched an official account on LINE, the communication app, named ‘World of Hyatt LINE Official Account’.
Through the official account, users can access timely information, make reservations at over 1,300 Hyatt hotels in 78 countries around the world including Japan, reserve tables at domestic restaurants, and check and use points information by joining and linking to Hyatt’s loyalty program ‘World of Hyatt’.
To celebrate the launch of the LINE official account, a ‘World of Hyatt LINE Official Account Launch Campaign’ will be held until August 9. Those who add the Hyatt LINE official account as a friend will receive a 10% off coupon that can be used at over 40 participating restaurants. Coupons will be distributed from June 18 to July 31.
