ANA Foods and Seijo Ishii Release Ice Cream Made with Tanabe Farm Bananas
ANA Foods and Seijo Ishii will start selling “Seijo Ishii x ANA Tanabe Farm Banana Rich Banana Ice Cream” from June 29.
This ice cream is made using puree from bananas that are imported and sold by Tanabe Farm in Ecuador and are considered non-standard in size. The puree, which constitutes 40% of the ice cream, is made from bananas that have undergone a long-term ripening process in a specialized ripening chamber before being pureed, resulting in a sweetness level of over 21 degrees Brix.
The price is 323 yen (tax included). It will be sold in 82 stores that handle frozen food, online shops, and also at “ANA FESTA” stores in airports, gradually.
