Super Hotel will renew its membership system, ‘Super Hotel Smart Membership,’ on July 1.
The system introduces three member statuses based on the annual number of stays: ‘Bronze’ for initial registration, upgrading to ‘Silver’ with over 10 nights per year, and to ‘Gold’ for more than 20 nights. Reservations made through the official website will earn each member 500 points per stay, with Silver members receiving an additional 100 bonus points and Gold members an additional 200 bonus points. These points, valid until the end of the same month in the following year, can be used in 1,000-point increments, with 1 point being equivalent to 1 yen at checkout.
The stay calculation period is from April of each year to March of the following year, with status updates in June. Stays under plans that do not generate points, such as weekly or monthly plans, reservations made through websites other than the official one, and corporate billings, are excluded from the status eligibility.
