JAL Extends Special Fare Period for Honolulu-Kona Route; Roundtrip from 97,000 Yen Including Fuel Charge

Japan Airlines (JAL) has extended the special fare period for its Honolulu-Kona line. The sales period is from June 4 to July 31.

The eligible routes are between Tokyo, Nagoya, & Osaka and Honolulu & Kona, with roundtrip fares starting at 97,000 Yen for Economy class, and 186,000 Yen for Premium Economy class, including fuel surcharge but excluding other taxes. The travel period is from June 9, 2024, to February 28, 2025 (for travel starting on these dates), and departures on certain days may require an additional special day surcharge.

Reservations must be made at least 5 days prior to departure. Changes and refunds are not permitted. The reservation classes are ‘Z’ for Economy and ‘E’ for Premium Economy, with Japan Airlines’ Mileage Bank earning 30% and 70% of flown miles, respectively. The travel period must be between 2 and 14 days.
