Hotel Management Japan will host the ‘Midsummer Tropical Hawaiian Fair’ at three hotels nationwide from July 1 to September 1.
The fair, in its seventh installment, will be held across the ‘Oriental Hotels & Resorts’. The menu features salmon poke, shell-on sweet shrimp garlic shrimp, Hawaiian pulled pork pizza, tropical Mont Blanc, among others. Drinks include the cocktail ‘Blue Hawaii’, made with Bols Blue and pineapple juice, beer cocktails created with mango liqueur, and a variety of mocktails.
The participating hotels are the Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay, Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel, and Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa. Offering times and prices vary by facility.
