JTA to Operate Special Flights for the Tokyo/Haneda – Okinawa/Naha Route, Timed with Okinawa Electric Power’s First Game in the Intercity Baseball Tournament
Japan Transocean Air (JTA) will operate special flights on the Tokyo/Haneda to Okinawa/Naha route to coincide with the Intercity Baseball Tournament.
This decision comes as the Okinawa Electric Power baseball team has qualified for their fifth appearance in the tournament for the first time in 10 years, with the flights being timed to match their first game. The service will utilize the Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
