Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hosts ‘Grand Gourmet Trip – Okinawa’ from July 1 to September 30
Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be hosting ‘Grand Gourmet Trip – Okinawa’ from July 1 to September 30.
This event is part of the ‘Grand Gourmet Trip’ initiative, aimed at incorporating select ingredients from various regions into the menu to spread their charm and support the producers. It will feature dishes using high-quality Ishigaki beef, renowned for its fine texture and elegant flavor; Kume Island’s robust and sweet tiger prawns; premium fish ‘Sujara’ from Okinawa Prefecture; traditional Okinawan vegetables like bitter gourd and island shallots; and desserts made with the branded mango ‘Natsu Komachi’. For dinner, a welcome cocktail inspired by the ‘Seragaki Sunset’ served at Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa will be prepared.
The venue is on the 4th floor at Teppanyaki “Keyakizaka”. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM (until 3 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and dinner from 6 PM to 9:30 PM. The price for the lunch course is 15,400 yen, and for the dinner course, 34,100 yen, both exclusive of service charges and inclusive of tax.
